Shipment processing time
Items that are in stock will be shipped as soon as possible, but may not be shipped on the day of order. Allowing a processing time of 1-3 business days, and 2-5 days during high volumes of orders. Pre-orders and backorders will be shipped as soon as products become available for shipping. If we anticipate a longer lead time, it will be noted on the website with an expected restock date. If you have any questions, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. All sales are in US Dollars.
You should receive an email to confirm you order shortly after you’ve placed it. If you don’t receive that email, please check your junk folder to see if you can find it. If you haven’t received the order confirmation then you also won’t receive your shipping notification and tracking information. If you do not recieve an email after placing an order then you can contact email@example.com and we’ll sort things out for you.
If you are offered, but do not accept insurance, we cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages. Upon receiving the items please verify the quantity and condition of all contents. If you have any missing items or if the item(s) arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. After 48 hours of receipt, no replacements will be offered.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Domestic (Hong Kong) shipments have a delivery standard of 2-3 business days. The same processing time applies.
International Shipping Policy
We ship internationally with few exceptions. International shipments have a delivery standard of 7-14 business days. Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand and can’t give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies wildly around the world. Please do your research so you’re ready to get your package cleared through customs, and have an idea of what the additional cost will be. If you’ve recieved international mail before you will likely be familiar with the process.
