Returns and refunds
A return inquiry must be made within 48 hours of arrival. Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must be in their original packaging. If the shipment has been visibly damaged during shipping please take a picture of the shipment before opening it.
International orders that are refused by a customer at Customs will NOT be refunded. Please know your country’s duty & tax rates before placing an order. No refund will be offered in these refusal cases.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first double check your bank account. Next contact your credit card company as it takes some time before your refund is officially posted. As there is often some processing time before a refund is posted, please then contact your bank if you are still waiting. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Customers may be required to submit evidence or return the item before a decision is made to offer a warranty replacement.
What it covers
This limited warranty covers defects in the parts and workmanship of the prodect.
What it doesn’t cover
Any damage caused by modifying, attempting to fix, or otherwise altering the product.
How long does the coverage last
Twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.
Who is covered
This warranty only extends to the original purchaser of the item. This limited warranty is not transferrable to any subsequent owners or purchasers of the item.
